2019 AGM

The 2019 AGM was held on Wednesday 13 November at Royal Russell School. The minutes and papers are posted here.

At that meeting, former vice-chair and acting chair of the Festival
Geoffrey Lawrence Hon. ARAM was elected Vice-President in recognition
of all his work for the Festival over many years.

Croydon Performing Arts Festival has been registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) since 19 December 2018. After the Members voted in favour of the setting-up of the CIO, at the 2018 AGM, the Trustees met on 3 January to dissolve the former Charity (registered number 1039606); all assets and liabilities were transferred to the CIO (registered number 1181262).
